REGF Property Development has three core income plans, which are listed under “Proposed Projects”.
The path we choose and take will be dependent on the total funds received. We will scale our plans accordingly based on capital received and will consider feedback we received from investors. As the investment fund grows, we will choose our options and assess the individual projects’ actual returns for continued refining and implentation of our plans.
As the funds grows, it will open up opportunities for us to expand our market share and allow us to leverage economies of scale to deliver higher returns and create a very solid, stable company.
