Trade Partners

REGF Canada vets all contractors to ensure that all contracting services meet our high standards of excellence.  The vetting process is a mandatory requirement for contractor partnerships so that we can consistently deliver on our promises.

What benefits are there to becoming an approved trades partner of REGF right now?

Simply because when we need a contractor or supplier, REGF is going to contact one of our pre-approved trades partners that has completed the vetting process ahead of time.

Whether an emergency situation for a hot water tank replacement arises or we need quotes upon inspecting a property to see what needed repairs will cost, we are looking for trusted contractors and suppliers in our rolodex so that we can call for service knowing we will be getting a good price and great  service.

The process is quick, simple, and painless with the following four steps:

  1.  Provide references.
  2.  Provide a current Work Safe BC Clearance letter.
  3.  Your safety department will need to provide your Occupational Health and Safety Documents (“OH&S”), your Safe Work Procedures (“SWP”) and/or your Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”).  Soft copies are fine.  If you are a small company, please call or email Ken directly so that a suitable time can be arranged to discuss what you have and what you will need.
  4.  Appropriate individual worker certifications will be needed when work is awarded.

We look forward to working with you in the future.

Sincerely,

REGF Property Development Ltd.
